ground
The ground
command is used to segment the input point cloud into ground
versus non-ground returns using filters.smrf and filters.outlier.
$ pdal ground [options] <input> <output>

--initial_distance Initial distance

--extract Extract ground returns?
--reset Reset classifications prior to segmenting?
